Shipping and Returns

We deliver orders across Lithuania. Standard delivery time is 4–6 business days from order confirmation. Items are delivered by LP Express and Venipak — by courier to the address you give us, or to a parcel locker of your choice. Orders of €99 or more are delivered free of charge.

Shipping

Choose whichever suits you best: a parcel locker or pickup point — €2.90, a courier to the address you give us — €4.90. You choose the parcel locker at checkout. We start processing your order the same or the next business day.

Returns

You may return an item within 14 days of receiving it. Returned items must be unused, with original tags and in their original packaging. The natural scent and texture of leather are characteristic of the material and are not considered defects.

To request a return, email info@besino.lt with your order number and the item you wish to return. Once approved, we will send return instructions. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the item is defective or the error was on our side. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within a few business days of receiving the returned item.
