Terms of Purchase and Use

1. General provisions

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (the “Terms”) set out the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller and the procedure for ordering, paying for, delivering and returning goods in the besino.lt online store (the “Store”).

Before paying for an order, the Buyer confirms with a tick box that they have read and agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. An order cannot be placed without this confirmation. The relationship between the Buyer and the Seller is governed by the version of the Terms in force when the order was placed.

2. Definitions and seller details

Seller – the company that operates the Store and sells the goods:

  • Name: Gloriaway, MB
  • Company code: 306213225
  • VAT code: LT100015632314
  • Registered address: Sedos g. 34A-B209, LT-87101 Telšiai, Lithuania
  • Email: info@besino.lt

Buyer – a natural person with full legal capacity (of legal age and whose capacity has not been restricted by a court), a minor aged 14 to 18 with the consent of their parents or guardians, or a legal entity or its authorised representative, who places an order in the Store.

Sales contract – the contract between the Buyer and the Seller for goods ordered in the Store. It is concluded when the Buyer places an order and receives an email confirmation with the order number.

3. Placing an order

The Buyer selects the goods, chooses the delivery and payment method, provides contact and delivery details, ticks the box confirming agreement with the Terms and the Privacy Policy, and confirms the order. The Buyer then receives an email confirmation with the order number and a list of the goods.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in euros and include VAT. The delivery charge and, where applicable, the payment-on-delivery fee are shown before the order is confirmed and are added to the final amount. The price of a placed order does not change.

Payment options:

  • via Paysera – by online banking or payment card; any other methods, where offered, are shown in the Paysera payment window. The payment takes place in the Paysera environment, so the Seller never receives or stores card details;
  • on delivery – by card only at a parcel locker, or in cash or by card with a courier. A €5.00 fee then applies.

A VAT invoice is issued to the Buyer for every paid order.

5. Delivery

Goods are delivered within Lithuania only, by LP Express and Venipak – to a parcel locker chosen by the Buyer or by courier to the specified address. Delivery takes 4–6 business days from order confirmation. Delivery charges and free delivery conditions are listed on the Delivery and Returns page and shown at checkout.

The risk of accidental loss of or damage to the goods passes to the Buyer when the goods are handed over. Ownership passes once the goods have been paid for in full.

6. Buyer’s rights

  • to purchase goods in accordance with these Terms;
  • to receive clear and accurate information about the goods, their prices, delivery and the Seller;
  • to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason (Section 10);
  • on receiving defective or wrong goods, to request replacement, repair, a price reduction or a refund in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania;
  • to the protection of personal data as set out in the Privacy Policy;
  • to seek resolution of disputes as described in Section 11.

7. Buyer’s obligations

  • to provide accurate and complete details when placing an order and to notify the Seller promptly of any changes;
  • to pay for the goods and delivery on time;
  • to accept the ordered goods and collect a parcel from the locker within the time set by the carrier;
  • to inspect the packaging on receipt and, if it is damaged, to inform the Seller as soon as possible;
  • to follow the conditions in Section 10 when returning goods;
  • not to share their account login details with third parties and not to use the Store in a way that harms others or disrupts its operation.

8. Seller’s rights

  • to decline an order if the Buyer’s details are incorrect or incomplete, or if the ordered goods are no longer available – in which case the Buyer is informed and all money paid is refunded;
  • to change prices and the range of goods – orders already placed are not affected;
  • to amend these Terms – amendments apply to orders placed after they are published;
  • to temporarily suspend the Store or restrict access for a Buyer who breaches these Terms.

9. Seller’s obligations

  • to provide accurate information about the goods, their prices and delivery;
  • to deliver the ordered goods, matching their description, within the stated timeframes;
  • if the goods cannot be delivered or delivery is delayed, to inform the Buyer without delay and, at the Buyer’s request, refund the money paid;
  • to accept returned goods and issue refunds as set out in Section 10;
  • to protect the Buyer’s personal data and process it only for the purposes stated in the Privacy Policy.

10. Withdrawal, returns and refunds

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. To do so, email info@besino.lt with the order number and the item being returned. The Seller will then send return instructions.

  • The goods must be sent back no later than 14 days after notice of withdrawal.
  • Returned goods must be unused, with their original labels, and in their original packaging.
  • The cost of return shipping is paid by the Buyer, unless the goods are defective or the error was the Seller’s.
  • Refunds are made no later than 14 days after the Seller receives notice of withdrawal. The Seller may withhold the refund until it has received the goods or the Buyer has provided proof of sending them.
  • The refund covers the price of the goods and the original delivery cost, up to the cost of the cheapest delivery option offered. Refunds are made by the same method used for payment; payments made in cash are refunded to a bank account specified by the Buyer.

If the goods are defective or do not match their description, the Buyer should inform the Seller by email. In that case the Seller covers the cost of return, and the Buyer’s claims are handled in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

11. Dispute resolution

The Seller aims to resolve any disagreement with the Buyer through negotiation. Please send complaints to info@besino.lt – we reply in writing.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, a Buyer who is a consumer may, in accordance with the law, apply to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (vvtat.lrv.lt), which settles consumer disputes out of court. Other disputes are settled by the courts of the Republic of Lithuania.

12. Personal data

The Buyer’s personal data is processed to fulfil the order and to comply with legal requirements, as described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Final provisions

These Terms have been drawn up and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws in force in the Republic of Lithuania. Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force. These Terms are published in Lithuanian and English; in the event of any discrepancy, the Lithuanian version prevails.

This version of the Terms is effective from 23 September 2026.
